Giancarlo & Sussan were the much-loved Spaghetti Junction of Woodfoord for nearly 30 years. We are delighted that they now have become part of our family at the Townsville Folk Festival. Mio Zio’s bring Authentic Italian food to the table.

What’s on the Menu

Arancini, traditional Sicilian rice balls with mozzarella centre, served with sauces, Cannelloni, spinach and ricotta-filled pasta topped with cheese baked and served with salad, Beef and basil Lasagna, served with salad. Lime and Mint, homemade cold drinks

The festivals goal is Zero Waste

ALL our stalls have GF (gluten-free), DF (dairy-free) VEGAN, and VEGO options.
To help us become zero waste, please bring your cup, plate and cutlery to reuse. Washing stations are provided.

An ATM will be available on-site, but all our vendors happily accept ( even prefer) cash.
