Early Call for Site Set-up and Pack Down Volunteers
We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help bring our festival to life! Setting up a festival site is a one-of-a-kind experience—transforming a quiet cattle property into a thriving village filled with music, laughter, and connection. As part of the Set Up Crew you work alongside like-minded people, you’ll build friendships, share stories around the fire, and watch the magic unfold from the very first day of set-up to the excitement of opening the gates on Friday morning.
When the festival comes to an end, the magic doesn’t have to stop. Our Pack Down Crew helps dismantle the site with care, ensuring everything is packed away properly and ready for the next year. Both roles require a spirit of teamwork and dedication—a true labour of love.
Don’t worry, not every task is physically demanding! We need kitchen hands, traffic controllers, sign writers, art installers, fence stitchers, tent builders, bed makers, and site builders (yes, star picket drivers too!).
